Abstract

The reflections focus on the fact that, in the face of a number of significant findings from research and good practice, many still fail to grasp the common thread linking the school library to personal and collective learning. The hope is that the National Training Plan can support the widespread acquisition of skills and competences, necessary not only for managing a school library, but also for developing information literacy projects for generative digital skills, the mission of every school library.
